- ➤ Real estate sales in Jefferson City dropped in September with 116 homes sold—a 15.9 percent decrease from last year—as active listings rose by 9.3 percent to 271 and days on market increased 27.6 percent to 37 while the average sales price jumped 67.6 percent to $299,942.
