- ➤ At the 42nd annual All Ford Powered Car Show held on Sunday, Sept. 21 in eastern Jefferson City, around 150 car enthusiasts displayed Ford vehicles including Mustangs and a Model A, and sales associate Josh Hubbard drew attention with giant red and yellow Crocs on his Ford F-150 Raptor 37—proceeds benefited local charities and automotive scholarships. - ➤ Jefferson City residents gathered on Sunday at the Capitol South Lawn to pay tribute to conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who died Sept. 10 while speaking in Utah—organizer Jeff Veltrop said about 75 people attended—and several community members felt compelled to honor his life and legacy.
