- ➤ Tatum Townsend, 25, from Fulton was arrested in Jefferson City after she hit two cyclists at Binder Park on Sunday morning—causing roughly $14,400 in damage and injuring one cyclist with a swollen and possibly broken ankle—and she now faces six felony charges including aggravated driving while intoxicated, second-degree assault, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, first-degree property damage, leaving the scene and armed criminal action.
