Lincoln University opened its expanded School of Nursing spaces within the $45.5 million Health and Security Sciences Institute on Tuesday, Aug.
4. The 40,000 sqft facility boasts simulation labs (designed for realistic, hands-on training), updated classrooms, and support areas to better prepare nursing students for patient care.

Heavy rain on Thursday caused flash flooding in Callaway County; water covered parts of Interstate 70 between mile markers 147 and 148, and road crews cleared a 150-ft washout on County Road 258 after rescuing a woman from a nearly submerged vehicle in Kingdom City+officials urged drivers to avoid flooded areas.
