- ➤ Missouri Capitol Police have requested an arrest warrant for Columbia man Ronald Platto—accused of First-Degree Harassment—after a victim reported unwanted notes and money left on their car outside the Truman Office Building from early April through May 5, with security footage showing him repeatedly near the vehicle and elevator.
