Today, scattered showers will hit areas along and west of U.S. 63 during the morning commute, with intermittent rain continuing through the day until easing by Saturday morning when hot, humid weather will arrive with temperatures reaching the mid-to-upper 90s and dangerous heat index values anticipated.
