- ➤ A Mexico, Mo. woman was charged with five counts of statutory sodomy — five counts of first degree child molestation after a victim told the Child Advocacy Center on May 7 that the abuse began in summer 2021 when she was nine or ten and Browning was 19 or 20, and a no-bond warrant was issued for her arrest. - ➤ Gov. Mike Kehoe signed Senate Bill 79 and Senate Bill 82 into law Monday at the Missouri Farm Bureau headquarters in Jefferson City—Senate Bill 79 offers new health coverage options for over 143,000 member families that will be available in 2026 while Senate Bill 82 sets measures to safeguard water resources.
