Developers and community leaders broke ground last Friday for Moreau Valley Apartments at 2135 Schotthill Woods Drive in east Jefferson City.
The 48-unit affordable housing complex, funded by tax credits and over $3.5 million in disaster relief recovery funds, is projected to finish by late 2027 to support local workforce needs.
