A statue honoring America’s 250th birthday and local veterans was dedicated today at St. Joseph Cathedral after rain forced a change from the Cole County Courthouse; Marine (Joe Bryan) spent three years crafting the piece featuring a mule and bulldog as symbols of WWI, with Governor Kehoe in attendance.
