Downtown Jefferson City gathered signatures on Wednesday at Madison and High Street during lunchtime to back a new parking garage — the large sign will be delivered to Gov. Mike Kehoe to request state funding, with community surveys showing strong support.

Gov. Mike Kehoe is expected to sign HB 2372 requiring labs to report confirmed alpha-gal syndrome within seven days in Missouri, helping officials track tick-related allergy cases & target resources for prevention.

On June 1, 1950, Charles (Sonny) Liston entered the Missouri State Penitentiary on a five-year robbery sentence, where Reverend Alois Stevens encouraged him to box.
