  • Jefferson City attorney Michael Berry asked Judge Cotton Walker for a court update on the pending decision about a multi-million dollar award for Ryan Ferguson’s wrongful conviction—Berry suggested a July 7 hearing to review motions by Ferguson’s team and Travelers’ Insurance.  ABC 17
  • The Missouri Department of Transportation will start replacing the eastbound Neighorn Bridge on Highway 54 south of Jefferson City on June 16, which will reduce traffic to one lane in each direction and impose restrictions at Route CC and the Shepherd Hills Road and Wooded Hills Lane intersection—speed limits will drop to 45 mph and a 14‑foot width limit applies. Work on the westbound bridge will begin after the eastbound replacement is finished, and all work is expected to end in early November.  KRCG-TV
