Good morning, Jefferson City.

Rin Lee arrived in Jefferson City on Monday after walking over 1,100 miles in 93 days on her journey from the Atlantic to the Pacific.

She will rest briefly while raising $30,000 for Back on My Feet to support those in need.

Relay for Life of Cole County will be held at the Missouri Capitol grounds on Friday, June 5, starting at 5 p.m. with live music by Chloe Hoecker, food trucks, and auctions (featuring multiple laps and ceremonies) to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.

MoDOT will close Route AA (south of Russellville at South Moreau Creek) for a bridge deck replacement starting June 8; the road work will redirect traffic until late August, weather permitting.
