An analysis shows that federal tax changes could cut Missouri revenue by between $170M and $429M as state tax returns mirror federal rules—Gov. Kehoe warned that these cuts may add to a budget already under strain.

Lawmakers may need to adjust Missouri’s tax system to avoid a deeper fiscal gap in the coming year.
