- ➤ Lincoln University's George Washington Carver Farm will host Noble Research Institute's Business of Grazing workshop June 2-4. The course offers producers strategies to align grazing practices with business goals & improve ranch sustainability and profitability, with registration available at a reduced rate. - ➤ LU’s Safiullah Pathan (keynote speaker) addressed a global audience in Singapore, discussing nontraditional leafy greens like quinoa leaves to boost long-term health. - ➤ Hundreds lost power in Mid-Missouri yesterday after storms swept the area. Over 1,100 customers were affected in Cole County and 162 in Boone and Randolph counties (with more than 15,000 statewide) as of 5:15 a.m. KRCG-TV
