- ➤ Lincoln University appointed Dr. John Kessell as Associate Extension Administrator on May 6. He will lead Cooperative Extension programs in agriculture, 4-H and family sciences to support Missouri communities. Lincoln University of Missouri
- ➤ Missouri lawmakers approved a bill to let schools hire new protection officers called Missouri Rangers. The bill—sponsored by state Sen. David Gregory—includes stricter fitness and training standards and will take effect once Gov. Mike Kehoe signs by mid-July. KRCG-TV
