ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Four people and three pets were displaced after a house fire broke out early Sunday morning in Jefferson City when firefighters responded around 1 a.m. to heavy smoke and fire from the basement garage at 1000 Block of West McCarty Street — the home suffered extensive smoke damage and the vehicle was declared a total loss while the displaced individuals received Red Cross support. - ➤ Missourians have until June 6 to submit comments on the state's five-year transportation improvement plan that includes 18 highway and bridge projects in Cole County, 17 in Callaway, and 10 in Moniteau.
