- ➤ Former inmate Kenneth Beck, 52, who is serving a life sentence for murder at Jefferson City Correctional Center, has been charged with First Degree Assault, two counts of Armed Criminal Action and Violence to an Employee of Corrections after he hit his cellmate with his hands and a food service tray on September 13th, causing several broken bones.
