- ➤ Lincoln University is studying ram fertility and testing how hemp biomass feed may affect sperm quality using new CASA methods. Assistant professor Jessica Epple-Farmer (LU) leads a team that has improved sample testing and will examine hemp feed safety to support sustainable practices. Lincoln University of Missouri
- ➤ LU Cooperative Extension educators led a hands-on cooking demonstration at Little Explorers Discovery Center in mid-March, teaching 4- and 5-year-olds about proteins and nutrition.
