- ➤ Gas prices are climbing as crude oil costs rise from global tensions, with Jefferson City stations charging between $3.26 and $3.29 per gallon (local customers report limited options) while nearby areas range from $3.14 to $3.78. ABC 17

- ➤ The Senate Education Committee met Tuesday at 8 a.m. in the Senate Lounge inside the Capitol to review Senate Bill 1558 that limits liability for private schools with single-sex bathrooms and House Bill 2710 that introduces performance-based funding for schools. ABC 17
