  • A market study presented Monday to the council shows a new conference center hotel will open by June 1 at the block bordered by East Capitol, Monroe, Commercial and Madison, with planners forecasting 70% occupancy and $5.5 million in net income over its first five years.  ABC 17

  • Lincoln University Employment Academy was featured in a recent Jefferson City News Tribune article that focused on its first graduates and support for nontraditional students balancing work, family & education. HEALTH NEWS

  • MU Health Care plans a bill to let rural hospitals work together — the proposal offers state immunity from antitrust rules for voluntary partnerships in a 25-county area. Lawmakers like Rep.
