- ➤ Lincoln University Employment Academy was featured in a recent Jefferson City News Tribune article that focused on its first graduates and support for nontraditional students balancing work, family & education. - ➤ MU Health Care plans a bill to let rural hospitals work together — the proposal offers state immunity from antitrust rules for voluntary partnerships in a 25-county area. Lawmakers like Rep.
