GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Jefferson City Public Works Department closed the West High Street viaduct Thursday for emergency repairs and it will remain closed through Saturday. Officials said the city applied for a federal grant to replace the viaduct + add a connector bridge from River Market to Deborah Cooper Park. ABC 17
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Helias Lady Crusaders won 61–15 over Capital City on Senior Night at Rackers Field, marking a strong start as local high school teams played key conference matchups. Several schools, including South Callaway and Fatima, registered wins in Central Missouri contests. Jefferson City News Tribune
