- ➤ At an auction in St. Martins on Saturday, Lawrence Renn Jr.'s land sold for over $2.2 million — split into six tracts averaging $12,588 per acre. Jared and Sarah Hotsenpiller, who bought nearly 75 acres, plan to build a home and raise livestock to honor Renn. KRCG-TV
